The University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center has a post-doctoral fellow position for two years that apply to Tissue Regeneration and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery areas in Musculofascia, Bone, Trachea, and Adipose Tissue, Nanotherapy, and Cell Engineering Instrumentation. We focus our research on restoration of tissue by repair, nanotherapy, reconstruction and regeneration strategies that are combined with clinical methods comprised of sophisticated in vivo clinically translatable animal models. Our multi-disciplinary teams consisting of biomedical engineers and clinicians, bridge engineering concepts with reconstructive plastic surgery for engineered restoration of tissues of cancer patients.
