Responsibilities:

*Sample preparation and extraction of metabolites from various complex biological matrices.

*Unbiased profiling of metabolome by LC-MS/MS GC-MS analysis.

*Quantitation of targeted metabolites by MRM experiments.

*Data analysis using various database tools.

*Pathway mapping by IPA and OCM software programs.

*Run standards and controls, verifying equipment function in order to generate high quality data.
