Postdoctoral position is available in the laboratories of Drs. Pierluigi Gambetti and Witold. Surewicz at Case Western Reserve University to participate in a research project on conformational characteristics of scrapie in human prion diseases associated with distinct phenotypes. We seek highly motivated candidates with interest in research at the interface of protein chemistry and neurodegenerative diseases. Individuals with background in protein purification, protein aggregation and biochemical/biophysical methods are especially encouraged to apply.
