We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow to join our group at UCLA. The postdoctoral fellow will develop computational and statistical methods to study epigenomic and chromatin regulation of RNA processing, and apply these methods to large-scale epigenome and transcriptome data across diverse tissues and cell types. We are looking for candidates with a strong track record in bioinformatics, statistical genomics, or computational analyses of epigenome and transcriptome sequencing data.
