Prof. Vadim Backman, Walter Dill Scott Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Northwestern University, has a postdoctoral position open in his research group. The Backman lab develops novel optical spectral and imaging techniques for non-invasive screening, diagnosis and detection of disease, therapeutics development, and nanoscale characterization of biological and bioengineered tissue.
