POSTDOCTORAL POSITIONS in Molecular Neurobiology are available at Northwestern University School of Medicine in Chicago to study the synaptic functions of psychiatric disease susceptibility genes. Strong background in molecular and cell biology and/or neuroscience is required. Enthusiastic applicants with a recent Ph.D. and experience in advanced imaging, molecular biology, or cell biology are strongly encouraged to apply. Northwestern University is home to a very large and vibrant neuroscience community (http://nuin.northwestern.edu/) and has excellent research facilities. Our laboratory has consistently published in top journals, including Neuron, Nature Neuroscience, Molecular Psychiatry, and PNAS.
