Assistant Professor of Chemistry

The DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY & BIOCHEMISTRY at the UNIVERSITY OF THE SCIENCES invites applications to apply for a tenure-track assistant professor position to begin in FALL 2016. 

Candidates doing research in ORGANIC and/or INORGANIC chemistry, or their interfaces with other chemical fields, that complement our faculty interests are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate is expected to develop a nationally recognized research program that will attract extramural funding. Excellence in teaching organic and/or inorganic chemistry at both the undergraduate and graduate levels is also expected.Candidates should have a Ph.D. and successful postdoctoral experience.

The finalist will be required to successfully pass a background check.
