Summary of Job Purpose and Principal Duties

Fixed Term 18 months

Grade 7 £29,837 - £36,661 (to maximum pt 33 £33,562)

Postdoctoral research assistant as part of an EPSRC Manufacturing with Light award for developing high throughput passive cell sorting techniques. Principal duties will include the construction and testing of an optical/acoustic system to demonstrate the feasibility of scaling up cell sorting for quality assurance in the industrial production of red blood cells.
