Postdoctoral Research Associate

£32,277 – £34,233 pa

We are seeking to recruit a Postdoctoral Research Associate to generate a library of genetically encoded calcium sensors for use in functional experiments examining calcium signals during mitosis. These constructs will be expressed in a number of different mammalian cell lines and calcium signals monitored through fluorescence confocal microscopy. You should have a PhD in Biochemistry, Cell Biology or related discipline and have experience in cell-cycle biology, fluorescence microscopy and mammalian cell culture. This Leverhulme Trust-funded post is available until 30 November 2017.
